We are a team of passionate coaches, trainers and facilitators who believe that everyone has untapped potential yet to be unleashed. We believe that learning is a lifelong journey and that everyone has their own unique learning curves. We believe in being a partner to encourage and motivate our participants in their journey of learning. Our team of Coaches and Trainers are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA), Certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner, IAALP, US and Certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner.

Through Accelerated Learning Methodology, we adopt the best choices in the set-up of the learning environment, in the design of learning programs to meet the needs of all learners, and in facilitating so that the learning process is both deepened and accelerated.

We are also great believers of Experiential Learning Methodology; Learning that supports participants in applying their knowledge and conceptual understanding to real-world problems or authentic situations where the instructor directs and facilitates learning. We believe in making Learning and Growth as our life goal rather than being in the comfort zone-for growth begins in the discomfort zone!

Puan Faizah Bazid, PCC

Faizah Bazid holds a Law degree from Brunel University, West London, United Kingdom. She started her career as a practising lawyer in particular as a litigation lawyer. She had vast experience handling Litigation Cases and Clients for almost 20 years. She is currently a Partner at Faizah Bazid & Partners. Realizing she could do more than just practising law, Faizah later get herself certified as a Coach and had since love doing Coaching and training. Faizah is a certified Coach with International Coach Federation (ICF), USA and was an exco member holding the post as Director for Membership for ICF Malaysia Charter chapter 2014-2016 (ICF Malaysia). She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, USA. She is very active within the coaching circle and also a passionate coach. She personally believes that every Leader needs a Coach and a Mentor to guide them through work and life challenges. In February 2017, her active participation and passion in Coaching has been recognised by World Coaching Congress where she was awarded with 100 best global coaching leaders in Mumbai, India. Recently in April 2019, she received the award of most talented coaching leaders in Malaysia by World HRDF Congress.

As a trainer, Faizah is a Certified Learning Game Practitioner (North America Simulation and Gaming Association/ NASAGA). She has a unique approach in training using Gamification and also Adult Learning model.

Datin Roslina Abdul Manap, PCC

Datin Roslina is a graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London, in Economics. She completed her MBA at the Open University Malaysia. She has over 20 years of experience in Management and Financial Management.  
Datin Roslina resigned from her full-time job to pursue her passion in training in the year 2013. She has been conducting various training programs for middle-sized to large organizations ever since. She believes that training is the best way to reach out to people in general, inspiring them to reach their full potential. 
Prior to Protege Advisory, Datin Roslina has worked in Ernst & Young, as an auditor and later in KAB Group of Companies, as the Finance Manager before heading the Finance and Admin department in Lang Education Sdn Bhd, for over 15 years Datin Roslina currently sits on the Board of Governors of Lang Education Sdn Bhd.
She is the Managing Director of Protégé Advisory Sdn Bhd, a company that conducts a   range of management training programs, for various organizations, tailored to their needs. She is a Microsoft CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+ trainer) and C-VAT trainer. Datin Roslina is also trained in the Accelerated Learning Methodology as well as Guided Imagery processes. She is a NASAGA certified trainer in the field of Learning & Game Design. She is also a certified NLP practitioner.

Puan Siti Hajar Mohd Dahlan, PCC

Hajar is an Executive Coach with PCC credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Hajar also facilitates Coaching Certification by ICF. Being a maestro in the Talent and L&D space, Hajar is passionate in the Leadership training and also train Human Resources personnel on HR matters such as Interviewing Technics. Hajar is certified in several personality assessment tools, such as Hogan Personality Assessment and WAVE Profiles Assessment. 
Hajar served as a Human Resources professional for the past 23 years and previously heading the Talent Management and Learning Development in one of a leading utility companies.  Hajar graduated with a Degree in Economics and later landed her profession in the Human Resources arena by choice due to her interest in managing talent.  She also holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology because of her passion of studying human behavior. Hajar spent 3 years in the banking industry after graduated and joined Malakoff Corporation Berhad and served there for some good solid 21 years. 
She started as HR generalist and later build the L&D team where she finds passion in nurturing and developing especially the high potentials. Hajar has been featured in myStarjob.com as a guest-writer sharing her professional opinion on career matters. Most of her writings are tailored for young managers and fresh graduates. Hajar is also trained in the Accelerated Learning Methodology as well as Guided Imagery processes. She is a NASAGA certified trainer in the field of Learning & Game Design and NLP certified practitioner by the ABNLP, United States.
