The Certified Improvement Development Coach (CIDC) is an ICF-accredited coaching program designed to develop confident, skilled, and ethical coaches. Conducted in three progressive parts, the program combines theory, practice, and self-reflection to help participants:

By the end of the program, participants are equipped to coach effectively within professional, personal, or organizational settings.

Protege Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is the result of a short yet powerful discussion on the importance of championing coaching as a 'lifestyle'. This common passion and love for coaching drives Faizah Bazid (a lawyer who owns a legal practice), Siti Hajar Dahlan (a HR Director of a GLC) and Rosina Abdul Manap (Head of Finance of a PLC) to set up Protege Advisory as a platform to champion coaching.

All three directors are ICF-certified coaches with PCC credentials and actively coach on multiple global digital coaching platform which makes it possible for them to reach out to their clients all over the world.
